The Connection between Sin and Death (Romans 5:12)

Don Johnson, February 28, 2010

Part of the Romans series, preached at a Sun AM service

We are entering a new section in Romans, one that explains how the work of one man, Jesus Christ, can bring about salvation for many men (all who believe). As we begin the passage, we are struck first of all with the profound connection between sin and death. The believer, who, though saved, is yet plagued with sin should not take his sin lightly. When he sins, he is dabbling in death.
